1. General Provisions and Acceptance of Agreement

By using the z baazi website and its related services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and z baazi.

These terms are effective from the date of the latest update. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the service. Continuing to use the service will be taken as confirmation that you have read and accepted all terms.

z baazi reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. If changes are made, registered users will be informed via email or through the platform. Continuing to use the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To open an account on z baazi, the user must provide accurate and complete information. Any false or misleading information given during registration may result in the account being cancelled.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Details of preferred payment method

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

z baazi reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. KYC verification may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal or for large transactions. A copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence may be requested for verification.

Failure to complete verification or refusal to submit documents may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold and the account being restricted. z baazi handles users' personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Age Restriction and Eligibility

All z baazi services — casino games, sports betting, live games — are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

By registering, the user declares that they are over 21 years of age and are participating in this service voluntarily. Providing false information during age verification is a serious breach and will result in the immediate cancellation of the account.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

z baazi primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Users from specific regions or countries are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Users must stay informed about the laws in their own area.

4. Account Security and Confidentiality

Only one account per user is permitted. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be cancelled.

4.1 Protecting Login Credentials

Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is completely prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact z baazi support immediately.

The user is responsible for all activity carried out through their account. If you forget your password or cannot access your account, use the password recovery option.

4.2 Keeping Information Up to Date

If your registered mobile number, email, or payment details change, update them in your account as soon as possible. z baazi will not be responsible for any complications in the withdrawal process caused by outdated information.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on z baazi is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from a payment method registered in a third party's name are prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take 10–45 minutes to process. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.

If verification is required after a withdrawal request is received, additional time may be needed. Large withdrawals may be held if KYC has not been completed.

5.3 Suspicious Transactions

z baazi reserves the right to review any transaction that appears unusual. If fraudulent or suspicious financial activity is detected, the account may be suspended immediately.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

z baazi offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are disclosed at the time of claiming the bonus. Accepting a bonus means accepting the specific terms of that bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳22,500 must be wagered for a ৳1,500 bonus.

6.2 Other Promotions

Many other promotions are available, including a weekly reload bonus, cricket festival bonus, Friday special offer, and birthday reward. Each offer has its own terms — wagering amount, validity period, and minimum deposit may vary.

6.3 VIP Cashback

The z baazi VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback based on the net loss for the week. At the Gold tier, up to 0.7% cashback is available — for example: a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week earns ৳140 cashback.

7. Gaming Policy and Determination of Results

All games on z baazi — slots, live casino, sports betting — are operated through a technically certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers. Game results are unbiased, and the outcome of any previous round does not affect the next.

7.1 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are shown in the game's own interface. Additional restrictions may apply when placing bets using a bonus balance.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, disconnection, or server issue during play, z baazi will attempt to cancel that round and return the bet amount. However, winnings displayed as a result of a permanent technical error may not be valid.

7.3 Sports Betting

z baazi reserves the right to change odds in sports betting. Once a bet is placed, the odds are confirmed and any subsequent change will not apply to that bet. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will be settled in accordance with z baazi's set policy.

8. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z baazi platform. If detected, the account will be immediately cancelled and, where applicable, legal action will be taken:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Creating artificial transactions with the intent of abusing bonuses
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Making deposits using another person's payment method
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
• Using z baazi for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform

z baazi uses advanced technology to detect fraudulent activity. An account may be temporarily suspended while suspicious activity is under review.

9. Limitation of Liability

z baazi makes every effort to provide its services without interruption, but full exemption from liability applies in the following cases:

• Issues caused by third-party failures (internet service providers, payment gateways)
• Issues caused by the user's own device or connection
• Events beyond our control (natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.)
• Losses caused by the user sharing their own login credentials with others
• Winnings cancelled due to bonus misuse in breach of the rules

• Prolonged inactivity (no transactions for more than one year)

10.2 Closure by the User
